Rosalind Olson is an attorney at the Law Offices of Deon R. Stein and advises community associations in the day-to-day operations of common interest developments, including interpretation of and statutory compliance with the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, contract negotiation, voting and election procedures, disclosure requirements, amending and restating governing documents, as well as other legal issues that affect common interest developments.

 

Education:

Ms. Olson graduated with Distinction from McGeorge School of Law, where she earned Witkin Awards for the highest grade in Constitutional Law and Taxation of Real Estate Transactions and became a member of the Trainor Honor Society. During law school Ms. Olson served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald H. Sargis in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to law school, Ms. Olson attended the University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ms. Olson is an active member of the California North Chapter of Community Associations Institute and a former member of the California Legislative Action Committee.

Rosalind enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her twin daughters, son and husband.
